Microsoft Teams is an all in one communication platform for businesses. If you want to meet, collaborate, and communicate with your team in real time (in the office, or not), there is a feature for it. You can use Teams for your entire phone system, video calling, and instant messaging. Further, uploading your Excel, Word, and PowerPoint files into Teams will allow collaboration on those files throughout the company. We use teams throughout the day in our office to have meetings, chat about supporting our clients, and simplify file sharing.
