This month, three of our team members have earned new certifications from CompTia. Vice President, Brad Sato earned his Security+ certification. NOC Engineer, Lex Mink-Flacco, and Technician, Anthony Smith both earned their Network+ certifications. We are so proud of you all!
Unfortunately, though, COVID-19 is still spreading on Kauai and throughout Hawaii. Governor Ige has extended the mandatory quarantine through at least September 1st. Specialists and technicians will attempt to fix any issue remotely before coming on-site. If a team member must go on site, we ask that:
- the client sanitizes surfaces before the team member arrives
- all individuals wear face masks
- the team member is given space according to social distancing guidelines (six feet or more)
